Etta and Otto and Russell and James by Emma Hooper

I know that I'm behind in the challenge, but is is really a very good read. I bought it on a whim, partially because I liked the cover. The characters are so real. Otto and Etta's love story is slow and built upon letters sent back and forth while Otto serves in WWII and Etta teaches school back home in Canada, the book shifts between them in the younger years and them in their elderly years. Both are 83 at this point. It's a really touching read, a love story without any sex or lude content. It's just a really beautiful story with a lot of unexpected plot points.
