I read this book a few times in the early to mid 1990’s. The cover was a boy in the coxswain role of a rowing team, he is using a megaphone and has a whistle around his neck. The boy (main character) joins a rowing team and finds his voice. The title was something along the lines of “ Finds His voice” or something in that sentence format. I cannot remember the title, but I remember I loved it and can’t for the life of me recall it! Please help!
