Would love to re-read the series again before the new novel hits the markets. Always up for some discussion on the Dresden-verse ^
I'm in. I re-read or actually mostly re-listened to it waiting for Skin Game to come out. But I can always get lost in the world of Dresden. I find the first 3 books a little weak, but then the series really takes off. On the other hand, a weak Jim Butcher is better than a lot of authors best work!
Thankfully, my boyfriend has picked up storm front and is nearly finished with it. I'm nearly done with Fool Moon, so it's going to be interesting being one book ahead of him and seeing what he thinks when I know what happens.
Yeah... I find people I introduce to the series become rapidly engrossed with it and start reading really fast. He might over take you.
I've introduced several people to the series last year, they keep threatening to kill me because they've spend all their free time catching up with Dresden Files. I'm like "so what's the problem with that?". They're quick and very enjoyable reads. Dresden and co are very interesting characters and the world Butcher has created is very appealing for a reader to stick around.
I am not sure if anyone is looking to buy the Audio version of Storm Front, but I thought I would mention Storm Front is on sale on Audible, just in time for our re-read. I read the first books, but now I love listening to James Marsters, so I get the audio books.

Special note for any re-readers via audio: a new version of Ghost Story with James Marsters narrating will be released on Audible on April 21... about time!
