Eva Sauvé | 1 comments This is a book I heard read aloud in my kindergarten class circa 2008/2009. It went something like this “I look out the window and what do I see? A pink dinosaur up in my tree.” Each page would have a new creature with a different colour in the little boy’s tree. I believe this might have been a Canadian Halloween book. The only example I can remember is a pink dinosaur.

Capn's suggestion of It Didn't Frighten Me! by Janet L. Goss matches your description.

Youtube has a video of this picture book being read. Jump to time 1:34 for the "pink dinosaur" reference.
