SOLVED. YA Horror Short Story Collection with 'Body' in the title - all stories involved a body in some way. [s]

I read this short story collection in the late 90's / early 2000's and remember that each story was about a body or bodies in some way. I remember one of the stories was possibly called 'Resurrection Men' (but it was definitely about resurrection men. Another story was about a Guy Fawkes bonfire and another was about a teen being buried in sand on the beach. I also think that the cover had a illustration of a person's body on it.

Is that where you read this book? Where do you think the stories were set?

I did read it in SA but I don't believe it was a South African author - I can't remember if it was a single author or multiple contributors but I remember a story about bonfire night and resurrection men so I am leaning towards a UK setting maybe..

I know what Bonfire Night is, but I hadn't heard of resurrection men. Seems to be a mostly UK term.
