Several months ago, I set up a room block with a hotel in NYC for BEA 2015. The rooms are $349 a night, which seems high, but the hotel includes:

Do you all still have any room? I just saw this thread
Also, I don't want to start a new thread without looking . . . do you know if anyone plans on exploring after BEA. This is my first time in NY, and I thought it would be fun to do things with a group, if anyone else was so inclined. Feel free to DM me if any of you see this post and think catching a Broadway show or exploring would be fun :)

Rebekah - were you interested in booking your own room? Or joining up with someone in their room to be a roommate?

I sent you a DM Hannah with more details. Frankly, at this point, I'd be happy to sleep on a floor . . . lol
Several months ago, I set up a room block with a hotel in NYC for BEA 2015. The rooms are $349 a night, which seems high, but the hotel includes:
-Free breakfast every day
-Free dinner with drinks (yes, the alcoholic kind) Sun-Thurs
-Free WiFi
-Gym
-Full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc.) in every room
-Business center
-Rooftop lounge area
And the hotel is less than a year old. =D The only types of rooms left are King rooms and all rooms have a pullout sofa (these sofas are hella comfy - the mattresses are super thick) and you can fit an airbed if needed. Oh, and the hotel is less than a year old, so everything is brand new. Also it is 2 blocks from the Javits, a 10 min walk from Times Square and 3 blocks up from Penn Station, so access to all sorts of transportation from taxis to subways.
If you're interested in booking with us (I currently have about 25 bloggers staying here together in like 7-8 rooms), send me a DM or email me (theirishbanana.review@gmail.com) and I can forward the info to you.
I stayed in this hotel in Dec. and I fell in love. It spoiled me rotten. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities.
