It’s Dr. Stanton by T. L. Swan. I’m 100% sure. There are several books - think it’s a trilogy. It’s quite a roller coaster ride but I won’t share any plot lines so you can read the series “fresh”. By the way, I think they meet in Las Vegas as she is there for maybe a bachelorette party and he is there with his brother and some friends. They plan to meet up again but he loses his phone with her contact info.

I’m so happy that I recognized the book from your description :-) BTW, after I had to reach out a bunch to ask for help tracking down a book, I started keeping a notebook a few years ago of every book I read. Just one line per book: name, author, my * rating, and a quick plot synopsis that I think will mean something to me when I look back. It helps when I’m in the mood to RE-read a certain book but can’t remember the name or author off the top of my head. I still need help, though, hunting down books I read before 2019! Oh well lol.

This book is about a female character who uses a man INFRONT of her at a bar/restaurant and lies saying that he is her husband to get the guy that keeps asking her out to leave her alone anyways they end up making a bet for 50 dollars that he can get his thing in between her tatas and he wins the bet and while they're doing it back at his hotel room they start speaking French and German she learned both languages by listening to tapes when her parents used to fight and they both have rooms in the hotel but I forgot for what reason exactly ... anyways that's all I
