Swap or feedback on 28k first act

Fantasy with romantic elements, only at 28k but all feedback is helpful. I define myself good at character analysis and clarification if you're looking for those specific things to be assessed in your swap :)

An unearthly strange boy, exiled by all
A girl set on ruling, her reputation built on facades
A kingdom ready to crumble, its pride blinding its reason.
A woman set on saving them all.
The country of Themis is known for it's aristocracy and prosperity. Cadmus however worries more for the swarms of evil attacking cities and tensions between human species rising. Cadmus always defended Themis, handling business for aristocrats who "prioritized" citizens, yet when the cards are down, they cower. Cadmus would try to reason, but with pressure from the minister, neighboring nations, and unsolved attacks causing fissures--she fears the worst is coming and none have listened.
Cadmus must find a way to save them...and accept that not everyone can be saved...
Not even those she holds closest.
Who is truly with her? Who is this boy? Can she save her loved ones? Will she stop this brewing war before it boils over?
Cadmus must fight for the masses
The girl must take the crown
The boy must learn he is more than a poet
The kingdom must rise or fall.

Great stuff there, Arella (also, a beautiful name you have).
I would take this on but I'm currently going to be working on a bigger project, so unable to right now, but I will make a poll for this, so more can see this epic idea.
