Fantasy with multi povs

I am looking for a swap, I do a lot of proofreading as a part-time journalist and occasional English tutor. I like to ask questions, so if you have the patience for that and would like to read a fantasy with romantic elements, here I am. I am not selective on genre, though I would like to know the tone you're going for. Anyway, here's a brief description below

The country of Themis is known for it's aristocracy and prosperity. However, with swarms of evil attacking cities and tensions between human species rising, there is less concern for the hierarchy to Cadmus. Cadmus and her group have spent years defending Themis, but with pressure causing fissures left and right--she fears the worst is coming and no one is listening. 

An unearthly strange boy

A girl set on ruling 

A kingdom ready to crumble

Cadmus must find a way to save as many as possible...and accept that not everyone can be saved...she must reach out to those who desire her help and leave those who don't behind.

Ignorance serves no one in the art of war.

it's only 28k worth of the book, but I just want to make sure the pacing is okay for others before I continue to press further. I am well adapted to chaotic sequences, so I can't always recognize it in literature.
