The Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning. Slow burn with lots of sexual tension. The first 5 books were the best. After that it jumped the shark. It's an older series (early 2000's), but check it out.

The school for good and evil series (6 books but you don't need to read all of them) is perfect.

Also, the inheritance games is perfect for this as well!

the acotar series by sarah j. maas, from blood and ash by jennifer l. armentrout, the cruel prince by holly black, kingdom of the wicked by kerri maniscalco, the mara dyer trilogy by michelle hockins (it’s more paranormal than fantasy but it’s worth it!!!)
