Hi everyone! Join us in reading Dare to Lead by Brené Brown for our spring book selection! In the book, Brown addresses the importance of vulnerability in the workplace and teaches us that courage is necessary to be a good leader. Her extensive research over the past two decades has found that organizations of every size have difficulty navigating emotions in the workplace. Brown provides real examples and practices on how we can all bring out our inner leaders. These principles can provide meaningful insight into team management skills in a public health setting.

Discussions for the book will follow the schedule below:
- March 24 (pgs. 1-70)
- April 7 (pgs. 71-164)
- April 21 (pgs. 164 - end of the book)

Discussion questions for the sections above will be posted to Goodreads on the dates provided. Be sure to get your copy and read through page 70 by March 24th to participate in our first discussion. We look forward to engaging with you all!
