Hello! Could someone create a new series called 'The Coldwater Tapes' with this description:

"In the 1990s, a series of enigmatic videotapes began to appear in local mailboxes in and around the sleepy township of Coldwater, Ontario. A new domain is opening. We reside on the edge of the Void. Secret communities seek The Noise. A pirate broadcast must be stopped. Something wants the children. Someone is watching you sleep."
