Adult fantasy reverse harem shapeshifters. Heroine rides a motorbike, rides it to her deceased grandmothers (?) house in the snow, walks in the yard and gets transported to an alternate world. Shifters are divided, and she starts with the royalty (?) and ends up with the rebels, looking for a way home. They are bird or gryphon shifters? Ends up helping to win a war, and then betrayed and sent back to her reality without her three mates. Read within the last 5 years.

I’m trying to remember the details, but there’s a loosely linked series that came before this. That is also a reverse harem, and if I’m remembering the right series then the MFC has a harem of 5 I think, slowly built up over 4 or 5 books. Maybe that one starts with her being in a fight club and unusually strong, and one date she sees a strange fight no one else can see, and it turns out she didn’t know she was paranormal, and the lost daughter of a missing man - her uncle finds her. Her uncle and his brother were part of a harem that has broken, the woman dead and the mates broken and in the case of her father, missing. In that series they try to force her to join a ready made harem waiting for their mate, but she won’t take them on.
