Add to Kris Longknife series

This is a prequel to the book #1 Mutineer of the Kris Longknife series. So I'm assuming this would be # 0.5

It's also the short story in the anthology Infinite Stars: Dark Frontiers

Chronologically the short story is an origins story and prequel to #1 so that's why I proposed 0.5 but publication it would be 18.5.

Yes. The Kris Longknife series is set chronologically so far, except for Boot Recruit. It appears he wrote that for the anthology and has now released it as a standalone.

FYI, the author has since written a few books on Kris Longknife's ancestors as part of his broader Society of Humanity universe. And also a spin-off Vicki Peterwald series.
