Why, thank you!
And I'm going to have a summer home in the Shire, and a vacation home in Lothlorien. Then the rest of the time I'll live in Rivendell! I'll also periodically visit Hogwarts, where I'll go to school in a few years. As soon as they remember to send my letter. You see, the owl they first sent got lost, so it just went back to Hogwarts and they forgot to send it back out to me. But they will soon! Really.
You have such a busy schedule. Alyssa@ kate
so this means Oromis was with the elves when the faced Murtagh.
Of course I can visit you in the Shire! Yeah, I think that the elves were fighting in Gilead way below Oromis and Glaedr, who were up in the air. But I don't think they were exactly above the city and fighting, because then the elves wouold have seen them losing, and could have helped with magic maybe....I think they must have been a mile or so away, but still close to where the elves were fighting in Gilead.
The farther the target the more it takes your energy. that is the reason why the elves could'nt help Oromis. It's not that they do not want to sacrifice their lives but they will be dead by the time their magic reaches oromis then.

1) the Varden and Eragon were taking of Feinster and were planning on moving up on ..."
you wrote this remember?
Wait, I thought the Varden were going to march on Uru^Baen from the south, taking all the cities along the way, like Belatona and Dras-Leona. And the elves would come from the north, taking all of THOSE cities. They would attack from both sides. This is SO confusing now. I might just have to read the book again.
Ok, that makes sense. Cuz I'm pretty sure he hasn't left Uru^baen, he just "possessed" Murtagh. Something like that.
if u think about it i only took 13 elfs and 1 elf/human to defeat murtagh once what could a whole army of pure elfs do to him?
