Evan finds Jack’s truck and figures out where he left him a message based on his last statements to him. It references a package at a certain address. Did you imagine it was “someone” instead of “something?” Was it also possible that Van Sciver had seen the message also?

I guessed right away that the package was going to be a person instead of an object.

I don't know if Van Sciver knew Jack well enough to understand his message to Jack during their last conversation. I'm sure he searched the truck but didn't find the message.

Evan knows Jack and where to look for clues or messages Van Sciver would never have known about the message. I did not think it was a person but perhaps something for Evan incase Jack did not come back.

I didn't focus on a person. I thought the message referred to secrets or information that Jack didn't want Van Sciver to find. My initial guess was that the package would put Evan in danger.
