Removing book name from my quote

One quote of mine from my book 'Myth Breaker' is posted with the book name of the old version. I want to remove the book name from that post. I want only my name in place of the book's name. My other quotes are posted with my name only. I want this 2nd quote to be displayed with my name as it is there for other quotes.

Rather than removing the book, here is how to set the new edition as the default that appears in your profile:
