Added page number & description to the kindle edition from amazon; added page number, publisher to the paperback edition from Worldcat & description from amazon.

Worldcat had 509 pages for the paperback, so if you have that edition and the page number is different please advise what you have from page 510, as some things we count and some things we don't. Publishers often add advertisements & excerpts that we don't include.

May take a little while to show correctly due to caching.
