Was there ever a physical copy of this?

If not, I think this should just be 2 editions: 1 ebook, 1 Kindle. Unfortunately, amazon has put the ISBNs and the ASINs on the same edition. Staff will need to move them to the 2 editions with covers and merge the edition without the cover.

Please advise about physical copy.

Post #6, 2019 - Done, with exceptions for Nov and Dec which you note, and need ISBN for March added below.

There is also no January or March for this year. Did they publish in those months? You mention no August issue in Post #6. Does that mean GR doesn't have it, or that they didn't publish an August issue.

For April, GR has 2 issues. Was there a Kindle edition? If so, ASIN? If not, will merge. Please advise.

This must be referred to staff. That edition has too many adds and librarians can't move the ASIN. I will do that now.

In that instance, the correct ASIN was moved to the edition with the incorrect ASIN - it had the most adds. Then the now empty edition was marked Deleted so that adds/reviews would be moved. Deleted works like the old Merge.
