Please merge duplicate author profiles

Hi, can you help me merge author profiles? I think it's the librarians I'm supposed to ask. :)

I finally got an author profile approved, but all of my book are showing under another profile and when I click "that's me" it says I already have a profile.

Additionally, the book "Embraced by Dance" is not mine. The others 7 showing are.

You don't have an author profile. You need to use the link at the bottom of that one to start the process of claiming it.

I do have an author dashboard. It says "My Author Dashboard" and "Edit Author Dashboard" on my profile, and when I click on the link to claim those books as mine, it says I can't because I already have a profile.

Well you're posting from a user account so perhaps it would be helpful to link to your author account.

No, that's also a user account. I don't see a claimed Toni Lynn profile.

Okay, so why does it say "Sorry, you are already in the author program as Toni Lynn and only one author profile may be claimed at a time." when I try to claim the Toni Lynn author profile?

Ok, now it is showing as claimed. But for some reason you claimed a profile with only one empty duplicate record on it, rather than the one with all your actual books.

Please ask support to merge the two profiles. Librarians cannot do it.
