Do you mean they can surf the Internet in their minds? Or they can connect to government computers? Or something else?

Sorry no, I remember a group of children involved but not the mc's details. like surfing if I remember correctly.

There was no gaming involved that I recall. It was more of an ability which the government found threatening and was trying to catch them.
