Please remove these books from series

Could you please remove books 2 and 3 from this series?

These books have never been published and I've never sent any ARCs to readers.

Could you switch the order instead? Between books 2 and 3.

OK, I have changed the order on the series page. I have also edited the title fields, but it may take a day or so to update.
