Book about a girl in England who travels back to her mothers child hood thanks to a family heirloom and she becomes friends with her relatives as children. Think the current or past name was Rosie. Young adult novel read during school time so a book for 10 year olds.

I read a book in school as a child around 2008 to 2010.
It was about a young girl growing up in the UK in the 90s i think who is somehow transported back in time to her mothers childhood, she becomes friends with her mother and her aunts and uncles. i feel like there was a necklace or watch or some family heirloom that helped send her back in time. ( Its not the book a handful of time)
Sure there were some sequels to this original book
I'm sure her name was Rosie in the current time or when she time travelled.
I remember one story from it where the character is involved in a car accident and goes back in time again.
I have searched the internet for YEARS looking for the name of these books, PLEASE HELP.
