I got also an error. Maybe indeed leave it for a few days and if it is still a problem send a message to the staff. I don't think we have any tricks that could help.

I am getting errors on quite a number of books now and for more than a week. I reported to support but no response so far. If someone has any update on any of these books please report.

Edit: Support confirmed that they are having the same issues. They will report when they have news.
