SOLVED. YA(?) Fantasy trilogy about supernatural things/ magic & faeries. Read 3-4(?) years ago. [s]

because I read this so long ago (4 years?) I don’t remember a ton. I believe it was a trilogy and one of the books had an orange cover with a girl with a fox mask on it and 13 charms. I remember in one book they were searching for 13 charms. I believe at the start of the first book the girl has discovered secret passages at an old house she is staying at (her grandmothers?) there is faeries involved and also catacombs which come in at the end of the first book (?) in which I think she gets lost in. In one book one of the female characters is in a different world as a prisoner with an old lady and I remember her asking how long the old lady had been prisoner there and she had responded with moons instead of months. the girl gets them out of the prison but something happens to the old lady. back with the girl at the old house, she is being controlled by faeries and one of the other characters find her hairbrush and say it’s because she has so much hair on it so the faeries were using that.
