It depends what details of a book were changed. Some details are visible on the "all editions" page of that book. I don't think the "all editions" page is cached like the book page.
I notice that the title changes immediately but the author does not. Which makes it hard to know if we've moved it to the correct profile.

Maybe some trick to refreshing the local cache. Maybe there's a way to disable the redesign. I don't know why the redesign caused this to break. It's worth a shot to ask.

I don't think the "all editions" page is cached like the book page."I also use the all "editions page" or if I changed the author or title I also use the "combine editions" from the edit page, it also isn't cached like the book page.



E.g. I change the publication date or author, and hit save, then go back to the book details. Even if I refresh a bunch or even if I open the book page in a new browser or a private browser window, the updated details still take a while to show up.
This is fairly annoying as it's useful to check that the edits I just made are working.
It used to happen immediately before the page was redesigned.
Is there any workaround?
