Sydney | 3 comments I can’t remember much at all, but I believe the FMC has been challenged to recruit old enemies, including vampires and other monster type species. She has to go to the north to accomplish this and through dangerous territories and cold and darkness... One by one she goes and wins over the people. There was definitely a detailed map in the book. I think there was a narrow passage up to the northern lands.

Sydney | 3 comments No, but that’s definitely the genre and type of books that I liked! I also want to say along the lines of the golden compass series.
