Bear that woke up on the wrong side of the bed?

I remember this book when I was a child and it was one of my favourites, trying to find it now for my nephew is becoming a bit of a challenge. So all I can remember is that its about a little bear that woke up on the wrong side of the bed and his/her day starts terrible. There are scenes of him/her brushing their teeth, putting on clothes and trying to make their breakfast and there was always something going wrong and he/she is very grumpy. Its a wintery scene outside and I remember them cutting their paw on either ice or a thorn and they run back to their mother and this is where my memory comes to a stop. The only other thing I remember is the book had 2 stories inside but the other was flipped on the underside of the book and this was roughly in the 90s.
I have tried to do my own research but I cant find anything on this book, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

What country did you read it in?

So the book was double-sided? Do you remember its size? A square picture book, or a large floppy rectangular one? Or something smaller (like A Little Golden Book or a standard novel)? Paperback or hardback?

Can you describe the illustration/art style at all? :) Cartoonish, or detailed? Brightly coloured, or pastels, or... ?
