Meg B | 60 comments I really want to make an instagram for reviewing books and making book aesthetics, etc, but I have no idea where to start any suggestions?

Saloni Porwal (saloniporwal) | 47 comments •Make sure your handle has a bookish term in it like book, bibliophile, reader, etc.
•Don't rely on follow trains. The followers I got through this unfollow soon and aren't active audience.
•Follow your favorite authors and make sure to tag them and the publishers when you review
•Use hashtags in every post.
•For reviews, you can take pics of your book and post that, but using canva graphics worked well for me.
Instagram isn't too good with editing reels, so I recommend using an external app for aesthetic stuff.
•Post consistently. I took a long break, and I almost feel like I'm starting from scratch.

I've been on booksta for a long time and I don't have as many followers as I hoped for (never went above 1000) I hope your account flourishes! My handle is @bookguru31 if you want to check it out <3

♡︎ Kura ♡︎ (nesta’s version) | 46 comments Hi, I’ve been on instagram for 6-7 months and I have over 1.8k followers. Like the person above said post consistently and use apps like Canva to help make better posts. I post about 1 to 2 times a week and I post reels every once in a while and I get a lot of views on my reels. My most popular reel has 33K views on it currently.

Book follow trains they helped me a lot to gain and she was right in saying a lot of people follow to unfollow, which isn’t good at all so don’t do that.

My instagram is @kuralovesbooks. I hope you start it soon and post you username on this chat so I can follow you and we can text on there if you need anyone tips!

dilara⁷ (dilarasrkive) | 12 comments I started mine a couple weeks ago and honestly just go with the flow! I followed some accounts I liked and interact with those, while also just posting about the books i’ve read and am currently reading!
Right now I’m just trying to figure out what kind of posts I like to share and the vibe I’m going for!
