to me they are too old to play these rolls, no offence she is a good actrice but it doesn't fit to me
i love Blake Lively but i dont think i see her like a Lily, and I love Justin Baldoni too but no way he is a Ryle. When i think of Ryle it comes to my mind Matt Rife i dont know why. I think this inicial Cast is way to good for a book like this, i read the book and i loved it dont get me wrong, but i dont think this Cast fits lol

Blake is a great actress but I was picturing someone younger I just don’t think she really fits for the role of Lily

i’m so happy that pretty much everyone here is in the consensus that they aren’t what we were expecting / too old for the characters. my social media is EATING IT UP and i feel so disappointed in the casting.
they literally hired an Asian actor as Ryle WHEN HE WAS MEANT TO BE WHITE to fit in with the abusive partner and surgeon stereotypes. y'all know he's gonna be the only ethnic minority in there
i honestly wish that they would have casted abigail cowen and theo james but maybe we’ll be surprised and end up loving this pair yk
i love we all have the same opinion, the People who didnt read the book are all fed up for us not liking the Cast, but idc i love those actors but it should be other like abigail and Theo

I thought the casting was fine, at the end of the day the script may be different from the book, and maybe lily is older in this version.

I think the actors are too old to be playing the characters, I’m not sure if I’ll be watching the film because I’m still angry over the whole coloring book thing, even though she ended not going through with the coloring book, it’s disgusting that she felt it was okay to even think of releasing an it ends with us coloring book, considering that book is about domestic violence
I don’t like It end with us but I thought they would choose a better cast. They did really choose a bad cast. That doesn’t mean that they’re bad actors but others would suit the role much better.
