YA - I read this series in middle school. Each book was about a different boy (all the boys knew each other). I can remember one boy's name: Kyle. I've been trying to find this series for the last 6 years, if anyone could help it'd be much appreciated!

The covers were black with the silhouette of each boy in a different color (red, yellow, purple, etc.). Each boy had a different power.

What type of powers did the boys have?

So, from what I can remember there was super strength, the ability to leap high and far, and telekinesis. There's not much else I remember unfortunately. A couple of boys also had girlfriends. I'd say they were either of high school age (seniors) or early 20s.

the elemental series doesn't look familiar. The covers were completely black other than the title and the silhouetted boy.
