There’s a disaster going on. Girl is in a mental institution, she has powers. There’s a guy in the “military” and he has a brother. The guy was put into the institution with the girl as a “spy”. The girl has a journal and barely talked with him. The head military guy lets the girl live in the military base with the first guy. The girl and the first guy used to know each other from school. They break out of the military after plotting against the military guy and hide with his brother in a place away from the military base after they think they killed the head military guy.
