Fiction - A man is killing every guy who is going to make a girl cheat on her boyfriend. Spoilers ahead.

The year i reed this book was 2012 more or less. The book cover whe i reed it was white with a shadow in black of a guy with a sword ( I don't remember it exactly)

The book start with a girl who starts the university in othe city or country (I don´t remember). But there is a leyend about the university. The leyend said a lot of years ago a girl come to the university, but she had a boyfriend in her village whom she promised eternal love. But he don´t beliebe her so, he come to the university one nitgh and he saw her kissing with other guy. Then he killed the boy with a sword and scared, she jumped off a cliff, but she didn't know how to swim and she died.

The main character don't have a boyfriend exactly, but there is a boy who is waiting for her.
But one nitgh, she get herself drunk and go to the beach with a boy. But before they can go on in the nigth a mysterious person apear and cut this guy in a half.

During the university live she meet a new girl who is her room mate, and has a great resemblance to its ancestors. Also she meets a strange boy who is always being calreful with her. The boy and the girl main character became friends and one day he give a necklace to her, but she knows the necklace is from her roommate to she leave it in the center of lost objects to not get into trouble.
I don't remember any of the names.
