Can't add book because ISBN is squatted by a non-book item

I want to add a book, but the ISBN is squatted by something that's definitely not a book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...

I can't delete that item and can't change the ISBN. Help!

I'm not a super, but it seems to me you can simply replace the info in the record with the info from your book? (Be sure to leave a change comment when replacing the "cover" image.)
