yare (yrznwa) | 21 comments is there a language you're learning? if so, is there any book that is originally in that language that you would like to read?

for me it might be the little prince, originally written in french. i feel like a children's book would be an easy one to start with!

Sara (moon⁷) (saraning) I can speak 4 languages (Italian, English, Arabic and Turkish) but actually I read only in Italian, so this year I would like to read more in all the others 3 languages too.

yare (yrznwa) | 21 comments @fishie ibe read both demian and siddhartha! both such great reads! i truly think reading a book in its original language will be more fulfilling than reading an english translated one

dzươn (dzuong) | 4 comments @yare: i agree! and the construction of the sentence itself can convey so much that is sometimes lost when translated to english.

Sara (moon⁷) (saraning) @yare oh you did so well learning Spanish!! good luck ;)
If you learn Spanish actually Italian will be so easy, as it's too similar to Spanish
