new book with duplicate ISBN# with another title!

I think you can treat it as an ISBN reuse. Since Caperucita Roja is newer, the ISBN does not need to be moved. Add the new edition and add librarian notes about the ISBN reuse.

I am a pretty new Librarian and I have never done that before! But I will give it a try. Is there something special I need to do so that the site will allow me to use that ISBN? Won't it keep giving me that error message?
Anyway, thanks for your help!
You can't use the ISBN. Instead, you add a book without ISBN and add librarian notes on both editions that use the same ISBN, saying there is another book using that ISBN and pointing to that book. You can read about it here and there is an example here and here.

I will do that now. Thanks again for your help!

Based on a listing @https://archive.org/details/pinocchio..., ISBN#0517086662 - it appears to be the same book due to the fact that the exact same cover image appears on the title page in that archive listing (pg. 4).
I am at a loss as to what to do next. Can you help? Please let me know the next steps. . .Thanks for any advice and/or assistance!
