Around the World in 1990s Challenge - Team A

Decade Completed!

That's just inviting us to do the same with your list! :D :D

1999 Scotland Time travel romance. Wish it has more substance."
Yes!! That's great, Kavitha! Edited msg1 and msg2. :D

Awesome, Kavitha! I have updated msgs1 and 2.

Finished Jar City. 1997. Iceland.

But kudos to the other team members as well.
Guess we/team B are up against elite speed readers 😅😅

I have been very slow as my work is a bit hectic at the moment. :(
But Kavitha is doing really well, as you can see. Majority of Team A reads are by her!! :D

We have to withdraw The Reader as it is only 224 pages. 250 pp is the minimum. So...

& then there is super fast reading.
You're on a roll 👌
Also I'm stealing Jar City for 1997 😅🙂

I am waiting for you to finish before discussing about the book.

It's ok. I learned one thing new about each country. So good only. But you can see some negative reviews like what is the purpose of these wanderings without no cell phone, no guides, etc. which even the main character feels. So....there is that.

No no, I think I recall @Em Lost saying it was 200pages. So it's fine I guess?

Not to jinx the streak (as Harry accused me of) but #13, #15, and #16, they're released in 2000s.

@Em, @Kavitha, Is that not the case?!?

You are on fire!!"
She's Mitochondria!!!! :D :D
Also,
@RF, time to transfer the title of speedy. I have read only 5, so far. Not applicable to me anymore. : D

@Em, @Kavitha, Is that not the case?!?"
Now that you mentioned it, I had a conversation with Kavitha. Now I can't check it, my phone stopped working this morning. If I said okay then, apologies. :D

I think she asked in the main thread of the challenge.
Hope you're phone is ok. It's a ruckus usually when it stops working, everyone wants to call us that day only, all of a sudden. Lol

I think she asked something on WA and I said yes to her. Now only I don't remember if it was reading out of 1990s decade. :(
Will give it to service center in the evening.
