Do you own a physical copy of this edition? I can’t find the page counting on WorldCat (our go-to source for page numbers) and Amazon counts it as 294 pag, but, while we can use it, it isn’t a reliable source for physical editions.

Note: we don’t count the pages used for advertisements and preview chapters for other books and introductory material paged using roman numerals.

Yes I own a physical copy.
I have not included the advertisements etc at the end of the book, only the page numbers up to the last page of the last chapter.
