YA Fantasy about character who saved prince's life and follows them back to court as their healer but in disguise to keep helping him

I forgot the tile and author but I remember seeing it at a bookstore around fall of 2022 and the cover was yellow/gold with two people leaning against eachother with their eyes closed and they appear to be male. The official blurb or description mentioned that the main character had cured or saved a prince’s/king’s life or something and she had to pretend to be a boy/male to remain in court and accompany the prince as their healer since women aren't allowed to practice medicine there. I don't remember if this had time travel too. The cover had two drawn/animated characters, a similar art style for other recently published works this year—such as The Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas. I can’t find it anywhere but I saw it was a new YA Fantasy novel. Please help!
