Typo in Quote that I created

I made two typos in a quote from Pele's book. In one sentence, I wrote..

"He believed that it just need the right condtions to thrive."

instead of

"He believed that it just needed the right condtions to thrive."


also I wrote
"...Steve decided to throw the entire commercial and market weight of Warner Communications behind the team."

instead of
"...Steve decided to throw the entire commercial and marketing weight of Warner Communications behind the team."

Please correct these lines, or delete the entire quote and I will post a new one.
