How do you label your tabs when annotating?

I usually read my books and keep my thoughts to myself, but I’ve seen lots of annotating so I’m starting that w this book but wanna get opinions of what exactly could I label them. Ex.: happy thought, sad, angry, confused? Type of thing?

- Cute/ funny scenes
- Aww/ love scenes
- Heartbreaking scenes
- Life lesson/quotation

I color code it according to the book.

I sometimes keep sticky notes with myself if I want to write anything coz I dont like to write directly on the book. but just in case I don't have sticky notes with me and I really really want to write something then I write it very small and in very few words that only I can understand.

I prefer transparent stickynotes
