The primary author is the same, only translated in Japanese.モーリスルブラン and Maurice Leblanc. Is it costum to put the two names in an edition? First the original and than the translated name?

I meant that the primary name should be identical on both editions, not different forms of the same name. If it isn't, you can't combine.
It is GR policy that the English/international spelling of a name should be primary on all editions. So f.e. Chekhov should have Anton Chekhov listed as primary, not Антон Павлович Чехов.
