ABANDONED. Finding an unknown child

He's very rich and Scrooge-Like, gets a phone call from an old girlfriend, she tells him where to meet her. And his daughter. He's with a woman (mousy? teacher?} and asks her to go with him....he has NO idea what to do with a child. He drives to a cabin to meet the ex & sees her driving away. She left the child alone.
He & Mousy go in, Mousy immediately takes charge of the little girl, who is adorable. And precocious, And has a pink snowsuit.
And says things like "yes,yes,yes"
And naturally, Mousy & RichGuy fall in love, Ex tries to get little girl back, but. . . she doesn't. And they live happily ever after. Anyone? It's driving me NUTS!!
