Sammy (sammystarbuck) | 1019 comments grabbing #24 next - The Garden of Angels by David Hewson - first published in April :)

Eldarwen | 5004 comments Sure thing, Sammy :-)

I'll try to dive into reading this weekend to get that Justice book done, if not, then a good chunk in the martial arts one. I'll see. I've got a bit too much planned over the next several days haha.

I do have next week off though so hopefully I'll get some quality reading time in between all the appointments I somehow managed to accumulate ;-)

message 365: by Eldarwen (new)

Eldarwen | 5004 comments Cool, you're slotted in for that one :-)

Depending on how much reading time I'll get next week, I may not be able to read both Dawn and Twilight. The justice book is a little slow-going at the moment, but very little reading time as well and Thunderhead is a fat one haha, even if I'm a 1/3 through already.

message 366: by Laura (new)

Laura | 2892 comments E, I have possibilities for both tasks, but I’m more excited by my Dawn books, if that helps you choose what to focus on.

message 367: by Eldarwen (new)

Is this me? I'm starting Ruby Fever today. Also getting ready for vacation today and will be traveling tomorrow, so probably won't post until Sunday.

Because of vacation, reading will slow down next week... I am slotted for the Dragon task which I will still do. Not sure how many more I'll read though. Two or three for sure, just not sure what yet.

Ok, good to know, thanks.
I'll read the Twilight book first then and if I don't manage to read the rest of the massive Thunderhead, I'll keep that for next month and we can use yours. We'll see how we'll manage once we're closer to the end of the month :-)

This is not blue enough unfortunately to be able to work for a colour card. The cover needs to be at least 50% a colour to be able to count.

Do you have anything else that would work for a 2 Blue?

message 397: by Eldarwen (new)

Eldarwen | 5004 comments I'm going to go battle my justice book again now. It's tiresome reading with block passages and more narration than anything actually happening. It's put me to sleep several times yesterday...

If I can't get a move on this morning, I'm going to switch to the Twilight book for a bit of a lighter read.

And next month, I am going to read books I am actually going to be able to read at a decent pace :-p

message 398: by Laura (new)

Laura | 2892 comments E, I’m re-reading a few In Death books in the next few days for Turf Wars. I bet at least one of them works for that task, if you want to give up on your Justice one.

Actually, never mind. None of them work. :(

message 400: by Sammy (new)

Sammy (sammystarbuck) | 1019 comments Enemies, which I read yesterday works for the justice/enemies task. If you are struggling, you can always use that as a backup. (the rose and the yew tree could replace it in the red/orange letters category:) )
