How was the trip??
Good, but short on enjoyment and loooooong on travel, lol.But we're at least getting somewhere with the wedding prep now. 10 weeks to go! :)
Moving forward on the wedding prep is a good thing at least. Yay, not long now!!
On the up side, not having my headphones with me meant I finally had the chance to start watching The Boys, because

I did find it interesting, but despite a comment or two that says they were intended for eventual publication, I didn't feel that they were intended to be read as they were. If he had lived, he might have used them to write a memoir. It wasn't diaries in the sense of thoughts and feelings about the happenings in life; it was diaries more like appointment calendars, with some thoughts included, but not much.

I agree on the first book, not so much on the second. But I do agree, that if you aren't actively planning on reading these this month, LaurLa, it might be better to keep them for April in case we get lots of green cards again :-)

Shame about the book, but in a way, it makes sense, especially in light of this particular statement you made, which definitely rings true!

Rating : 4/5 - this is a good follow up/prequel to the original book, giving more depth to the parents from the first book. Read super fast! And had a playlist on spotify! Also why did I just learn that spotify playlist for books is a thing?

Funny you should ask, I was just calculating how many books we still need.29 in total - some of those will be covered by Draw 2 cards, so it isn't quite as many.
Of the top of my head, I think it's 15-17 that we still need for the mini, so we should be good. If we get our cards read, the mini will take care of itself!

Wild cards are filled in as we go along. Usually the harder cards get filled in first and then it's whenever a Wild pops up in a hand that they get filled in, so those aren't a problem, or shouldn't be :-)Good to know though that you do have a few in reserve, just in case!
