I like her husband. I like that he's teaching her to change her damaging thinking and is giving her the okay to take up space

when my kids get in a rough mood - I remind them that it's okay to take up space. It's so important to remember.

but I'm not sure where this is going. Are they going to finally meet in the end? hope that the forewarning he's giving her now will give her the tools to survive later? hmmm. . . (hide spoiler)]

I have this one on my shelf. I had started it the day it arrived but set it aside just because the tone was a little melancholy for me. I don't mind sad books but I need to be in the mood for them. I'm hoping this works for you so I'll be motivated to pick it back up.
