Could they actually be numbered 1-3, not 1, 1.5, 2?

Since they are on amazon, I want the numbers to match.

I will change the title to Am I Olive?: A Novella for clarity.

Goodreads has specific policies for series numbering and for subtitles.

Novellas are numbered using decimals on Goodreads, regardless of numbering used on other sites. See Librarian Manual: Series numbering and order subsection.

Subtitles such as "A Novel" or "A Novella" are not allowed in the title field. See Librarian Manual: Subtitle subsection.

I have reverted the against-policy edits.
