Not merged: one is marked as Kindle, the other as ebook, so these are two different editions. That is, unless the author says the ebook edition never existed.

My trying to merge these two books was to do a favor of my friend who works for the publishing company of this book. He assursed me that kindle edition is the only one for now, and the ebook is a duplication.

So, please feel free to merge. Thanks a lot. :-)
