I finished my first: A Stroke of Malice. Takes place in Scotland in 1832, so British Empire setting. The 8th in a series I've greatly enjoyed. 4 stars
Finished The Bangalore Detectives Club on 2/3.1st in a new series. Under Early 20th century; takes place in India (Bangalore) in the 1920's. 4 stars
Finished my 4th book--The Pericles Commission (ancient Greece) I had checked this out to read back in January with the group but couldn't get around to it. I wasn't too sure I would finish it when I first started, but I ended up really enjoying it and hope to read more of the series. 4 stars
Finished my fifth book--Deed of Murder. The seventh in the series. This one takes place in April 1511, Ireland, so 16th-17th century Europe. I've completed 5 books in five different settings.
My sixth book: A Treacherous Curse. Takes place in London 1888, so Victorian England.Third in series which I am enjoying.
My seventh book is another one from Victorian England: The Secrets of Hartwood Hall. Finished 5/4; 4 stars.
My ninth book: A Necessary Evil is set in India in 1920. This is the second book in the series. Finished 8/23; 4 stars
My tenth book: When Maidens Mourn is the 7th book in Sebastian St. Cyr series.Setting: Regency England, 1812.
So, eight settings and ten books. Have officially completed Master of History. Hope to read a few more before end of year.

Congratulations! I have been wanting to begin this series for a while, it gets such rave reviews!
