Congrats H.N., hope everyone takes advantage of Serpents in the City, being on netgalley.com, especially those with less than 10 books and if you have an itch scratch it.
Christine wrote: "Itching is far worse than pain, right Chris?"Your supposed to scratch it by clicking the request or read now buttons. (LOL)
Christine wrote: "Itching is far worse than pain, right Chris?"No actually it is 50/50 but today I really want to click since the weather is crappy today. Thank God I have to work.
Just got an an email that I was approved for
Haven. Also, after seeing so many request and rate it, I have just received

Actually I really have been good staying off of NG. I am actually catching up on books from home (not really just bought 3 bags of books from our church's book sale) and staying away from NG. Will say that I enjoyed Dark Matter, Dark Water is on my shelf and Daisy in Chains I got shot down for. Other than that I guess I just resting up.
Just approved for
Defender, which is cited as being for fans of Stephen King, Clive Barker and Neil Gaiman. SOLD!I also have been approved for
The Book of Mirrors, which sounds wonderfully dark and complex. Two exciting new reads for the weeks to come!
Trying to stay away from NetGalley as I have received so many books lately, it's hard to keep up. Luckily my boss is going to be away for about a month and so I can do some reading at work.
I have been recently approved for
The Girl Before,
The Sun Is Also a Star,
House of Silence,
Defender and
The Book of Mirrors

Also got refused for Defender by G X Todd. I think it was due to geographical restrictions as in the email it suggested it was and was available for U.K. readers only. Should have checked before requesting.
Edit: in fact I'm not 100% sure but I presume being from Ireland excludes a U.K. Only book? I can't remember if any of my previous approval were limited territory releases.
